My name is Michele D'Angona & I've been involved in the health & fitness industry for over 8 years. I am a personal trainer, a health/ fitness/ nutrition consultant, & an IFBB pro competitive bikini bodybuilder from Los Angeles, California.

I truly believe that for one to become successful they must practice what they preach & I wouldn't live my life any other way.

Life has taken me in many different directions. I've always maintained my own person level of health. Afterall, in this industry it is my belief that you must product of your service & I for one am just that!

For 3 years I was working as a P.E. teacher for elementary & junior high school children which taught me a great deal of patience & compassion. From there I decided to follow my heart & become a personal trainer. I've worked for private gyms, bootcamps, & schools but now working as an independent personal trainer I'm able to devote all my time and energy directly to my clients.

I found my true passion in life was to be the motivating & supportive voice that keeps people focused and driven to reach their goals & I'm definitely here to stay!
