  • Reyhaneh Tamayo: CLASSIC 4 WEEK TRANFORMATION,
                                   BUTT LIFT

    Reyhaneh Tamayo began a 4 week transformation with me. This classic 4 week program was a combination of nutrition & training. Having been absent from the gym for month's we began with a simple workout routine balanced with cardio & weight resistance training. After the first week we started cardio program along with 3 days a week of circuit training. Within these four weeks she had an instant "butt lift", slimmer & tighter thighs & hips, & a more defined upper body & mid-section. Since this major change in such a short time Tamyao decided to compete in her 1st bodybuilding bikini competition.
    UPDATE ON REYHANEH TAMAYO:
    With only 6 weeks of training & competition prep with me, Reyhaneh Tamayo just competed in her first ever NPC Bodybuilding Bikini competition September 12th, 2009 at the Tournament of Champions in Culver City. Reyhaneh placed 1st in bikini class A! Well done Reyhaneh!

    Vicki Hodgkins approached me at the gym one day asking me what many women do, "How did you get so lean?" I answered, 'It's all in the diet!'

    Hodgkins had always wanted to compete. Although she enjoyed working out & lifting hard she wasn't seeing the results she had hoped for. Like many fitness enthusiasts or women trying to achieve that "bikini" body, much of the information she had been taught & was doing was all wrong. Her diet needed major help & that's where I stepped in. That was the a huge hurdle for Hodgkins, as it is for many women, but with the proper coaching I was able to help her take her body to the next level. 

    I recently spotted Hodgkins at an NPC competition at Muscle Beach Labor Day weekend 2009, Venice Beach, California. Although she ended up being the only one in her height class, her physique has definitely improved. This was great preparation because a week later she competed again at the 2009 NPC Tournament of Champions Bikini class C, placing 2nd. Great Job!

    MONIQUE HARRINGTON'S

    TRANSFORMATION

    Monique Transformation is fabulous! In high school Monique had always been petite. Standing at 5'2'' tall she never had a problem with her weight growing up & although she never really worked out or watched what she ate, she remained small and fit. After high school & as the years went on, Monique's body began to change. Monique was at her highest weight in 2005 at 150+ lbs.! She realized change needed to happen, and fast!

    Monique biggest concern was the idea of working out and changing her eating habits- at the time she disliked exercise and working out & although she rarely ate, when she did it was fast food, chips, & soda's. With a balanced diet we were able to raise Monique's metabolism & lower her body fat. She not only dropped pounds very quickly, she bagan to lean up, & finally had the energy and stamina she needed to actually enjoy her workout's. Monique even began to enjoy jogging & hiking as part of her daily physical activity!

    After the work of losing a significant amount of body weight, Monique was ready for the next step in her transformation- we began to not only FEEL but SEE the long term effects of her training and hard work! In September of 2008, Monique celebrated her 26th birthday & with Halloween just around the corner & her mermaid costume hanging in her closet, she was ready to show off those abs! We tweeked Monique's program & began a more intense weight training program. Within weeks we began to see results......

    My own personal Transformation......

    I never really thought of myself as being over weight but I was definitely not living up to my full potential! To be honest I even considered myself to be healthy and in shape even while drinking alcohol 3 times a week, eating a little from time to time, smoking on occasion, & working out 5 days a week! I had it all backwards! I was about 24 at the time this picture was taken...being in your 20's one would think to enjoy and appreciate their body & fast metablolism before things slow down. I had my wake-up call in November 2008. I decided enough was enough- I was 26 now and party time and the years of neglect and abuse to my body and health had to end! January 1st 2009 I began my transformation. In less than 1 month I already was seeing major results. By March I had trimmed down and leaned up significantly.......my body weight on the scale didn't change much but my body fat % dropped from 23%-17% in less than 6 weeks! That's when I started seeing the difference and feeling the effects of my great eating habits and weight training. That's about the time I decided to compete!
