Total Transformation Programs Include:
• Personalized diet/meal plan specifically designed to prepare your body for the stage & continually changing according to your personal progress to avoid plateauing & to ensure success. Instructions, food, & supplement list included.
• Personal training program & training schedule for you to follow when you’re on your own which maps out the cardio & weight training exercises you will be performing (reps, sets, etc.)
• IN PERSON or ONLINE Weekly/Bi-weekly Monitoring to track your progress which includes progress pictures & updating stats (weight, body fat percentage if applicable, etc.) via Email. (Email is always available at no charge to answer any & all questions. Weekly phone calls are available upon request at an additional charge.)
• Training Sessions with Michele D’Angona once a week at Valley Gym in Valley Village, CA (approx.60min.) & your progress pictures will be taken at that time as well for in person clients. Online clients will keep in touch via email as stated above.

**THIS IS THE BREAKDOWN PER WEEK- YOUR ACTUAL PAYMENT PLAN WOULD BE: THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF WEEKS FOR TRANSFORMATION PROGRAM X $130 OR $90 & THEN DIVIDED INTO 2-4 PAYMENTS DEPENDING ON DURATION OF YOUR PROGRAM. PLEASE READ BELOW FOR MORE DETAILS.)
All programs require a minimum $350 deposit to begin (program payments split into 4 payments require a $400 deposit & program balances split up to 3 payments require a $350 deposit. The remaining balance can be split into payments as specified in your contract.
•Discounts will be given to programs which are paid in full within 7 days of the start of the program.
•Additional training sessions can be added on for $60 per session & will be specified in your agreement contract.
•As all programs are given to the you (the client) electronically (ie. emailed PDF forms, etc.) these materials cannot be returned & are therefor non-refundable. These are terms you (the client) must agree & these terms are in place once a program deposit is made to secure your rate & program documents are emailed in return- so once program begins you are responsible for paying all amounts whether you choose to continue with my services or not. If you choose to put your program on hold for any reason, your remaining credit can be used towards future competition or body transformation prep programs within 180 days but all balances must be paid according to your contract.
